Review: I feel so out of my depth writing this review. The whole Game of Thrones franchise is older than I am and incredibly popular. However, I think I am up for telling everyone how much I loved A Storm of Swords as that's something I do everyday in real life so why not online?
Like every book in this series, A Storm of Swords is beautifully written with an incredibly strong plot that manages to carry through a very long book. The characters are dynamic and interesting, but still flawed enough that they seem realistic. The character development continues - or in some cases ends forever - strongly in this book. Sansa Stark, although I know most people find her boring, is truly coming into her own and is becoming a strong character no matter what George R.R. Martin throws at her.
As always, Daenerys is one of my favorites and her plot line is still evolving. I cannot wait to see what happens in the next book to her along with several others.
This book was amazing overall and I don't know if I can put into words how much I loved it. The gore can be tough for some people, but it doesn't bother me. If you don't mind the violence then I highly recommend starting this series or reading this book. The whole series is amazing.
